Runcorn Town look ahead

Runcorn Town FC have announced the launch of the "100 Club" which the club hope will help support their planned journey up the Non-League football pyramid.

As previously reported, the club hopes to take up membership of the Vodkat League next season, and will be playing in the FA Vase for the first time in its history.

To help find new sponsors as the club moves forward, Town has put all of its sponsorship packages for next season together and will give them out as prizes to companies who join their "100 Club". Prizes last for two seasons and range from shirt sponsorship and perimeter board advertising to programme sponsorship.

Commercial Manager Glyn Davies says "We hope that next season will be massive for the club on and off the pitch. On the pitch we will hopefully be playing at the highest level the club has played at, and in national cup competitions for the first time".

"Off the pitch we have decided to launch the "100 Club" as a different way of finding sponsors who will join us at the start of our journey up the non-league ladder.

"Every member of the "100 Club" will get value for money. Regardless of what prize they win, each member will receive benefits such as website and programme advertising, complimentary season tickets and refreshments at home games for the next two seasons.

"With the prize draw, every company will win a prize ranging from advertising in each matchday programme to becoming shirt sponsor for the next two seasons."

The cost of joining Runcorn Town's "100 Club" is just £250.00 per membership, and there is no limit to the number of entries per member. However numbers are limited to the first 100 entries on a first come, first served basis.
